ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 20, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 2, 2015, is amended by deleting from third paragraph thereof the words "application is," and substituting therefor the words "applications are."
