| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 18, 2015, to vacate a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 3, 2015, and to remit the matter to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for immediate in-camera interviews with the subject children and any other proceedings to determine the motions pending before that court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the stay contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 3, 2015, is vacated, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for immediate proceedings to determine the motions pending before that court in the above-entitled action; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
