Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include as an exhibit a printout of photographs and text that were part of a power point presentation made by respondent's counsel during closing arguments, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 23, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, and on or before December 3, 2015, the appellant shall file a copy of the exhibit annexed to the motion papers, in the office of the Clerk of this Court.
