Motion by Adam Lieberman, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 2015, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 22, 2015, and, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
