DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Joseph F. Sadowski for leave to reargue stated portions of his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 26, 2015, for permission to commence a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, and for poor person relief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
