Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 8, 2015, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2015. Application by the appellant to direct the release of certain support payments held in escrow.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for the relief sought.
