| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, Inc., on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 22, 2014, to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2014, which granted its motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a certain warrant of eviction issued by the Town of Ramapo Justice Court in a matter entitled T.D. Bank, N.A. v Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, Inc., under Index No. 11845/07, so as to stay all proceedings in that matter, pending hearing and determination its appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
