| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Peter Teelucksingh on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 29, 2015, August 27, 2015, September 8, 2015, and September 10, 2015, respectively, inter alia, to reinstate his unsupervised visitation with the subject child, and stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated July 29, 2015, and August 27, 2015, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeals lie as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
CHAMBERS, J.P., SGROI, MILLER and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
