ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 23, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered June 18, 2014, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "June 18, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "June 18, 2014."
