Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 5, 2015, and November 9, 2015, respectively, inter alia, to direct that the receiver cannot sell the subject premises for less than $1.9 million, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
