ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 19, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 20, 2015, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "David G. (Anonymous)," and substituting therefor the name "Dean G. (Anonymous)."
