Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of a decision and order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated November 13, 2015, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom and, in effect, for a preference in the calendering of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to appellant moving in the Civil Court to set aside the decision and order.
