ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 30, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 19, 2015, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Richard Casanova," and substituting therefor the name "Ricardo Casanova."
