| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 16, 2014, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated April 7, 2014, and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order to also be the record and briefs on the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are deemed also to be the record and briefs in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and on or before December 17, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
