| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2014, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the memorandum of law filed in support of the cross motion and in opposition to the motion that were determined in the order appealed from, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 30, 2015, and on or before that date the respondent shall serve and file its brief and supplemental record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
