| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a corrected decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated January 12, 2015, and February 5, 2015, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 15, 2016, and the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
