| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant Richard Handler to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2015, insofar as taken against him on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the portion of the order granting his unopposed motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted by the appellant against him.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal insofar as taken against the defendant Richard Handler is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
