| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the respondents AGMB Jericho Atrium, LLC, and Metropolitan Realty Associates, LLC, and the respondents Jericho Atrium Associates, Birchwood Associates, and National Birchwood Coporation to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2015, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the applications which are to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondents' briefs are granted, the time of the respondents AGMB Jericho Atrium, LLC, and Metropolitan Realty Associates LLC, and the respondents Jericho Atrium Associates, Birchwood Associates, and National Birchwood Corporation to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 24, 2015, and the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are otherwise denied as premature.
