Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 21, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Manfred Sachs dated October 23, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 14, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 29, 2015, and inserting in its place the date December 28, 2015.
