Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from (1) a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 2013, and (2) a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 15, 2013.
