DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to extend his time to move for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 28, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 30, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a motion for leave to reargue is extended until January 4, 2015.
