Motion by Victor Eduardo Terrero for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered May 22, 2014. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
