| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 1, 1990 (People v Vaquero, 166 AD2d 468), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered September 3, 1985. The application for a writ of error coram nobis was denied by decision and order dated April 1, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
