Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal dated March 16, 2015, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic & Parking Violations Agency, rendered September 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED, on the court's own motion that the time to file appellant's brief is hereby enlarged, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before December 31, 2015, and it is further
ORDERED that this is a final enlargement.
