| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental record containing photographs annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit D on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 3, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to file a supplemental record containing photographs annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit D and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2016, and the respondent's brief and supplemental record containing the subject photographs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
