On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion in the above-entitled action on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 22, 2014, and an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 30, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "December 1, 2015."
