Motion by Matthew Culen, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 2, 2014, and three orders of the same court dated December 17, 2014, December 19, 2014, and March 31, 2015, respectively, and cross appeals from the judgment and the order dated December 17, 2014, and, in effect, to reinstate the appeal from the order dated March 31, 2015, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 20, 2015. Cross motion by Beata Culen, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal from the order dated December 17, 2014, and her cross appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment and the orders dated December 17, 2014, and December 19, 2014, is enlarged until January 4, 2016, the answering brief(s), including the points of argument on the cross appeal(s) and the reply briefs, if any, shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b],[c][3]), and the motion and the cross motion are otherwise denied.
