Motion, inter alia, by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 3, 2013, on the ground that the appellants failed to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 3, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
