Appeal by Lloyd Myers from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 18, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2015, the branch of the respondent's motion which was to strike the record was denied on condition that on or before October 29, 2015, the appellant serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents. The appellant has failed to serve and file the supplemental record.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2015.
