Motion by the appellant to direct the Orange County Clerk to enter a certain proposed judgment for costs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered April 8, 2013, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated July 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Orange County.
