Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 17, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029, and appeals from 32 orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 18, 2014 (3 orders), November 19, 2014 (4 orders), November 24, 2014, January 26, 2015 (10 orders), January 29, 2015, and March 17, 2015 (12 orders), respectively, in effect, to hold the 32 appeals in abeyance, pending hearing and determination of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029, or, in the alternative, to calendar all the appeals together.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to hold the 32 appeals in abeyance, pending hearing and determination of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029 is granted, and all of the above-referenced appeals except the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029 are held in abeyance pending hearing and determination of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-05029 is enlarged until January 13, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
