| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 18, 2013, and a judgment of the same court, dated June 30, 2014, respectively, and to deem the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 18, 2013, also to be the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from a judgment dated June 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 18, 2013, are deemed also to be the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment dated June 30, 2014, and on or before January 8, 2016, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the judgment dated June 30, 2014, and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
