Motion by the respondents W 16 East New York, LLC, and Unicorp National Developments, Inc., to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 8, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
