| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 30, 2015, and an order of the same court entered August 3, 2015, to dismiss the appeal from the order and judgment on the ground that no appeal lies from an order and judgment entered upon the default of the appealing parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order and judgment is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
