| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 21, 2015, for leave to file electronic copies of the oversized architectural drawings submitted as exhibits at trial, for leave to transcribe only stated portions of the trial proceedings, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file electronic copies of the oversized architectural drawings submitted as exhibits at trial is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to transcribe only stated portions of the trial proceedings is denied as unnecessary as the parties stipulated to this relief (see CPLR 5525[b]), and the parties' stipulation shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court upon perfection of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 2, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
