Motion by the appellant to compel the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, Civil Term, and the respondent to comply with a decision and order of this Court dated January 28, 2015, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 2, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County.
