Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and for leave to serve and file a single respondent's brief in response to the brief filed by assigned counsel and the pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered December 15, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a single brief in response to the brief filed by assigned counsel and the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until January 11, 2016, and the respondent's brief, must be served and filed on or before that date.
