It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 26, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 25, 2015, and inserting in its place the date December 21, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 26, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 10, 2015, and inserting in its place the date January 5, 2016.
