It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from
the judgments rendered October 15, 2010 and April 12, 2013, and the order entered April 19, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the orders of this Court entered September 14, 2015 are hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 13, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date February 5, 2016.
