Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 7, 2015, for leave to reargue her prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 25, 2015.
