| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., and HSBC Bank, U.S.A., N.A., by counsel Blair & Roach, LLP, for leave to serve and file a supplemental respondents' brief concerning "Motion Sequence #5" in addition to the respondents' brief to be filed by Phillips Lytle, LLP, as counsel on behalf of the respondents Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., and HSBC Bank, U.S.A., N.A., on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 24, 2014, and for leave to present separate oral arguments by each counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental respondents' brief concerning "Motion Sequence #5" in addition to the respondents' brief to be filed by Phillips Lytle, LLP, as counsel on behalf of the respondents Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., and HSBC Bank, U.S.A., N.A., is granted, and Blair & Roach, LLP, may serve and file a supplemental respondents' brief concerning "Motion Sequence #5" on or before January 11, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to present separate oral arguments by each of the above counsel for the respondents Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., and HSBC Bank, U.S.A., N.A., is granted.
