DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to make the caption anonymous on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 20, 2013, and to make the papers filed in connection with the appeal confidential.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to make the caption anonymous is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to make the papers filed in connection with the appeal confidential is denied as unnecessary (see Domestic Relations Law § 235).
