Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 42-day enlargement of the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 6, 2014, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
