DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 19, 2014, to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 11, 2016, the appellant shall serve one copy of the supplemental brief on the attorney for the child and the respondent, and file nine copies of the supplemental brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's main brief and supplemental brief is enlarged until February 10, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief is enlarged until February 10, 2016, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
