| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeal by Reilus Medina from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 24, 2015. The transcripts in the above-entitled appeal were received by the appellant on November 24, 2015. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal by January 25, 2016, or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the children, when the appellant's brief is served upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appeal has not been perfected or withdrawn by January 25, 2016, the clerk of the court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeal to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed.
