DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 4, 2015, and October 6, 2015, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before January 13, 2016, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before January 13, 2016, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before February 3, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 16, 2016.
