| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated May 23, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated March 2, 2015, and to extend the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2015, as directed him to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment on or before a certain date.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file the reply brief and the supplemental record containing the judgment is extended until January 12, 2016.
