Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from four judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, all entered May 1, 2015. Separate application by the plaintiff Susan Scardace for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 31, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application of the plaintiff Susan Scardace is denied, as that applicant has not appealed from the judgments entered May 1, 2015.
