DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Sarah Barnes for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 20, 2015, and to stay enforcement of the order as well as to preclude the respondent from permitting unsupervised contact between Beverly Barnes and the subject children, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated November 20, 2015, is stayed, and the respondent shall not permit unsupervised contact between Beverly Barnes and the subject children, either pending hearing and determination of the appeal, or final determination of the above-entitled proceedings by the Family Court, Westchester County, whichever occurs first.
