| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 22, 2015, as directed him to appear for an examination before trial on or before a date certain, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the appellant's time to appear for an examination before trial in compliance with the order dated October 22, 2015, is extended until December 22, 2015.
